To a Cat
I love to watch you as you sleep.
And wonder what secrets that you keep.
I often wonder do you dream?
Is there more to you - than it does seem?
Your purring sound brings me tranquility and peace.
Removing all my stress and negativity in a quick release!
I'm glad in my life - you choose to stay.
I love the times - when together we play!
You must be Psychic - because you know when I'm down.
You magickally appear - and chase away that frown!
I cherish all the memories - that we have made.
And I promise that these moments - from me never will fade!
You're much more than a pet - you are FAMILY!
And from your side - I'll never flee!
You've enriched my life - beyond any measure!
To me you are - the best kind of treasure!
