Thank you Andrea. Once upon a time I carefully pulled up 24 baby oak trees with the acorn still attached,and took them to Sunday School. I gave them to the teachers to distribute, and they were amazed, as was I and I hope the children who got to take one home each.

Yes, how DOES that happen? How do they “know” what to do lol? Sure a botanist could tell me but I don’t mind the mystery!

I have pulled baby oaks out of my ground with the tiny acorn still attached so I know it is not a myth.
