Tinseled Flower
I remember when you said
it was all in my head
No light to shed for me to blossom
To you...I, a weed as an unloved flower
And on and on more and more
You did the Big awful and glittered it gold
As you sold your soul
and exchanged hope for soul's poverty
Repurcussions due to intense legal discussions
the scales of justice as a sword
and the pen mine
as my heart now chimes with tinsel
