Time's Not Attached

I want to run And I want to flee For tears do cry And heart’s can bleed I wish I could But life goes on Time’s not attached To anyone I want to hide And I want to scream For words do hurt When life you demean I wait to be helped And I wait to be redeemed But only I can do that No matter how much I dreamed I wish I could But life goes on Time’s not attached To anyone So I pick myself up And move forward again Time won’t wait For mice or for men I know I can And life goes on Time’s not attached To anyone.
