Time To Say Goodbye

My dear, it's time to say goodbye
forget the memories and the sighs
This love has turned to pebbled sand
if this heart can't hold you, no one can
Love was free, there was no cost
No icy stares, no winter's frost
This friend you have, this emptiness
Will leave you cold, with loneliness
So goodbye to you and your guest
