Time To Fly

Time To Fly

I will hold your hand
When it's time to fly
You will flap your wings
As I start to cry

You have grown so fast
And before I am ready
You will spread out your wings
And hand me old teddy

But please remember this
As I'm here for you dear
I'll be watching you always
In my heart you'll be near

So I stand by your side
As you leave on your flight
Wipe the tears from my eyes
Watch you fade into night
