Time To Die

If I should die before I wake
Don't ever cry for me
For nothing with me can I take
Into eternity
The air I breathe was never mine
But borrowed, everyday

Don't make my grave a holy shrine
I cannot rest that way
Remember me the way I was
And be my legacy
All must die, for everyone does
To live eternally

Please be the man I could not be
Although I always tried
I will be here, though you can't see
Your heart is where I'll hide
Keep the flowers for those who live
And tears, for those who cry
I've given all I had to give
And now it's time to die

Smile ~ Well, not all shall die for as "Christ the Messiah" once said, "many standing here shall not see death...." ~ Smile, I wonder who & what He was talking to & about? But, "Yes," death is death & yet, again, but a doorway unto, "Eternities Place" & hopefully for yourself & others "Dear Larry Belt," it shall be as pleasant as a dream once dreamnt of; whatever these dreams may be? ~ "Love & Warmth to 'You & Yours,'" John!:) ~
