Time Servers
Remember the time there was no sun
And the world was dark
and we all lacked
Living in a disposian age
And apart for the Lord there was nobody else
So we kept his word
To avoid his rage
Then came abundance
And these princes rose the profit from our innocence
And then came men with dishonorable character
Who worship gold
Who could hide their colour of their skin
Servers of money who served every king
Despite the finger he puts his ring
Remember your anscestors
and how they were misled
Into believing that grass could be turn into bread
As they sold their brothers into slavery
And they were given lead instead of gold
Never listen to the words of these prostitutes
Who sell themselves for money
They claim to be heros but this is untrue
They cannot suffer for me and you
Traveling to foreign lands to bank their money
And when they fall sick they leave
To an hospital outside our wretched land
You know that these men have nothing to give
They think they know your problems but they are only here to deceive
But hour after hour I see another soul wasting away
As we continue our wretched existence
Every single day
Why is it that we have little self esteem
We do not believe in the things that we do
Every citizen is loyal only to himself
They do not care what the country goes through
We patronise foreign clubs, foreign hospitals and foreign schools
Without caring the state of our own
Our countrymen die abroad because they have no place to call home
But why can we not make her great again
Like Mr Trump would say
There is not a time I do not pray for my country
I do it every single day
