Time of Friendship
I know that life can get busy
Driving us a little crazy
Time keeps ticking fast away
Before our chores are done each day
Still have lots of things to do
And the week is almost through
Trying to catch up can be
Quite a task and tiring
Finally a chance to go through
The messages left for you
From family, sites, and all your friends
Who care and wonder how you've been
You take a minute to reply
With hellos and then goodbyes
Saying it was nice to know
Your friendship will be there and grow
Even when it's been a while
All the hours and the miles
Won't keep your friendship apart
Always in each others heart
Thought about and not forgotten
Time and life will not be shuttin
Friendships door, open it will
Stay forever up until
We are in heaven with our wings
Close and sharing everything
Never apart anymore
Times on our side, not like before
