Time For Us
When all the panic’s finished,
And there is no more a fuss,
Let’s get together, finally,
And make a time for us.
Let’s think about our memories,
Reflect we couldn’t meet,
Just stare into each other’s eyes,
While we sit down and eat.
Let’s hug the way not been allowed,
It feels it’s been for ever,
But have my feelings for you changed?
You know that they will, never.
Let’s learn again the joy of touch,
Reactions to each other,
I’ll hold your hand, the way we planned,
This time and then another.
The minute that restrictions gone,
I’ll book my train or bus,
To meet the special one I love,
To share time just for us.
