Time For Truth

I'm not sure just how it went. And if what you said is what you meant. I only know what's in my heart. That I fell in love right from the start. My world got tilted off it's axis. And I'm not sure just what the fact's is. I've come and gone so many times. I just can't reason out the rhymes. It's sad to think that it is over. To have to look for greener clover. I just thought we'd work it out. I once was sure, but now I doubt. No one like's to lose at love. And disconnect with God above. I'd rather you just pull my tooth. But the clock says now it's time for truth.

Like the way you've presented how painful the truth is: You'd rather have your tooth pulled than hear the truth. That's pretty painful!! Nicely done, Leslie! Best wishes, gw

Thank you Gershon. Btw, I love your name. What nationality is that?

Leslie, oftentimes what I say is not what I meant at all. I certainly hope people know this and forgive me. "I'm not sure just how it went. And if what you said is what you meant."This reminded me of myself.
