Time For Love
As I lay here trying to sleep,
my heart is steady to the beat
Thoughts of those who were
in the path
Are still feeling IRMA and MARIA's
Incredible wrath
Those of us who have
everything we need
Dig down deep and sow
your new seed
We take for granted the
simple things in life
While others are fighting
just to stay alive
The hurricanes and earth
quakes are giving us
the signs
We need to get ready and
to see GOD shine
My heart aches to see those
hurting and in extreme pain
For nothing is left and it
will never be the same
Give back as you can each
and every day
You will start to see blessings
come your way
We are not promised tomorrow
as GOD as stated
This world we live in is
so overrated.
Share a smile and remember
to understand
In this crazy life we need
to lend a helping hand
