Time For Bed
Its 9 o'clock, time for bed,
Time to rest that sleepy head.
You've played hard, had your fun,
But now the day is all but done.
Close your eyes, go to sleep,
Say your prayers for God to keep.
Snuggle up close to my chest.
Go off my son to a peaceful rest.

Dream of things that thrill your mind,
Find the treasures that are yours to find.
Rest my son in all your glory,
Live out your favorite story.
For soon morning will come your way,
And you'll be set for a bright new day.
Its 9 o'clock, time for bed.
Time to rest that sleepy head.
Know I’ll be here when you wake,
Watching every breath you take.
Counting blessing bestowed on me,
Like this beautiful child that I see.
You’re my life, my greatest joy,
All wrapped up in this precious boy.
So rest my son, snuggle in deep,
Pray to God for your soul to keep.
