Time and Pain

Well, the Tears Have Finally Ended,
And the Pain Has Gone Away,
I Even Find it Rather Nice,
That I Wake up Each Day.

Oh, it Hasn't Been like That,
For Such a Long, Long Time,
But Today Was a New Beginning...
You Weren't Even on My Mind.

I Found the Right Combination,
To Finally Be Set Free,
It's All Mixed up with Time and Pain,,
And the Fact...You Just Don't Love Me.

It Took a Lot of Time to See,
It Isn't Me You Want or Need.
For Awhile I Thought it Was,
But the Facts I Failed to Heed.

So Today I Understand Much More
And I've Locked My Love Away.
The Tears and Pain Are gone now,
Locked up Tight to Stay.
