Time and Chance
The truth we know is not always true;
there is more to reality than what is real.
The skies are not always bright and blue;
life is a fatal field and not a done deal.
In time, children cry and the aged die,
the earth saps every bit of raindrops.
Nature make fishes swim and the birds fly
...and sunlight feeds the tender crops.
Who told the Sun where to hide till dawn?
sands grace the earth and stars the skies.
Beauty often berate brains and brawn;
shadows of reality often shield our eyes.
Remember the day of lack when you have,
memories are vain but they live somewhere;
sow dreams when your the fields starve:
the future is not but she lives right here...
We are who we are and life what it is,
the clock and the calendar commit a crime;
who we meet and those we will miss
are locked up in our chances and time.
