Time

I took time for granted, The belief I held about it's worth was slanted. I did not respect time, And unknowingly treated it worth less than a dime. There are twenty four hours in a day, The same as every human in the play. Some use time optimally to make hay, While others cause it's successful slay. It does not become difficult to guess, That by treating time with disdain I ended up in a mess. And accompanying it there was the deep distress, All because I lacked the discipline to optimally use time. Time the true treasure and the success measure, Waste it and repent at your own precarious peril.
