Time

Is the
sun always
The sun
The moon

Heavy
Blossoming branches
become
light
In time

and time?

Time becomes
The banks
The shoreline
Scattered
with drift pieces
Gifts from the ocean

We?

We become
The water
Flowing

Never restful
Always peaceful
Peacefully moving

Like birds.

Birds in flight
Singing

Singing of the old man
That sits by the shore

Watching
Waiting
Waiting
Watching
