Time’s ticking, I can feel it in my mind...
We all just tryna make it, right?
Don’t be selfish, don’t let pride be your guide,
Life’s a crazy ride, buckle up inside.
I seen too many fall, never get revived,
They ain’t get the help they needed, now they ghosted in the night.
If you knew the truth, man, you’d be terrified,
Like how the pyramids got built, it’s still undefined.
Are we really the only ones alive?
Or is there somethin’ cosmic in our bloodlines?
Keep goin’ even when it hurts inside,
Keep fightin’ when the devil’s on your line.
Don’t stop now, you can’t rewind,
Life’s a story — don’t end at chapter nine.
Yeah, we’re all livin’ on borrowed time,
Tryna make sense of the grand design.
Some days I shine, some days I cry,
But I’ma keep goin’, can’t press rewind.
Yeah, yeah…
We’re all livin’ on borrowed time.
If it’s truth you want, dive deep for pearls,
Or go find love, go find that girl.
Enjoy the moment, even if you hurl,
‘Cause when it’s gone, it’s gone — that’s the swirl.
Endless hills, man, it’s hard to climb,
But the sun gon’ rise, just give it time.
You can’t win a race against time,
So make it count while you’re still alive.
Molecules and enzymes, we just tryna define,
What’s the meaning of this life?
Every second closer to the deadline,
I just hope my soul aligns.
Some say time is money,
But I think time’s divine.
Yeah, we’re all livin’ on borrowed time,
Tryna make sense of the grand design.
Sometimes it’s cold, sometimes it’s fine,
Sometimes we break, sometimes we shine.
Yeah, yeah...
We’re all livin’ on borrowed time.
So find a friend before the end,
Don’t fake love, just make amends.
Life’s a gem, don’t let it bend,
Seen it happen time and time again.
This my message, hope it lands right,
Time is precious — live your best life.
Yeah... can’t outrun the sands of time...
But we can still shine...
