Time

Time marks the beginning, Time marks the end
It is often my enemy and sometimes my friend

There is a star I look for most every night
And dream of love with all my might

To cry in my sleep may mean I am weak
But it is empty inside and it is love I seek

Give me your joys as well as your sorrow
I will give you my life and all of my tomorrow

Time can be a great friend, some time feels like a killer. I wonder what time this is, buddy do you have the time?

crying is good, means you're human, you 'feel'....to cry does not mean you are weak.

Cat Daddy, I would have probably typed this poem as "rhyme" because you did such a great job rhyming it. "It is often my enemy and sometimes my friend". A lovely poem. Welcome to Poetry Soup, Cat Daddy.
