Till the Good Times Come Around
They always lift our spirits
whenever they pass by.
Sometimes a troubled mind recalls
the when, the where and why
of times we've had together --
Through all our ups and downs.
We always have the time to wait
Till the good times come around
When love seems so uncertain --
When everything goes wrong --
When nothing seems to ease the pain
That sometimes comes along,
We know that time will bring us
A smile, and not a frown,
To see us through the bitter times --
Till the good times come around.
The footsteps of the good times --
Follow us around.
They always seem to come along
When we are really down.
That's how it is between us --
When things turn upside down --
We just slow down and wait awhile
Till the good times come around
