Tied Up Wings

Twine my wrist so I can't grasp, how much time had past Tie my ankles so I can't run, from the mistake I've become Throw a noose around my neck, throw me in the deepest lake Clip an anchor to the ends, of each of my wary limbs So I may have no chance to learn to swim, watch me gargle gasps of air Do you think if maybe I had a chance, I could be removed from a trance From my head and to my toes, I will see how deep the river goes And by the time I drift to shore, I will tell you of the tour Shortly after I drift away, as you watch my spirit release from binds today, and watch my soul fly away and soar
