Tied Inside

I keep the psycho inside
unsightly he provides
sickening stride of sly
no empathy remorse or pride

I may not fully commit in life
but he does when alive
mind games swim walk run or fly
physically hand a strike

Play you like a carnival ride
throwing balls at targets tied
mislead with ease from toe too eye
hook pull kill eaten fried

I don’t like too be that guy
I know what he supplies
keep him chained up for life
but for you I let him rise
