Tiara Admirer

Rural outfitting here ruled by R. M Williams
Echo of city savvy follows me, prim shoe ballet
Heel spin separates me, hair tied with ribbon
Your country bloke taste is easily swept away

My crystal hard eyes feign spark hospitable
Laughter on tap quenches your deflated ego
I assert our stars have aligned, lie abominable
Your heart honours my gravity, golden Galileo

Million rhinestone future dulls the other bumpkins
Years tuned by lurid lyrics, sung with sunny charm
I will boost your fortitude, your firm manly function
Most sultry of struggles sees me inherit your farm

Lines of inspiration are as follow:

The wise woman, reader of the stars,
sees in crystal ball,
Woman of your dreams, will enter your life,
A princess no doubt, someone just like me

Wow, that is a tough woman you write about there. Yikes. This is great and full of excellent emotion and imagery.

Too right, she's tough... That's cool of you to say, Nad. I am gobsmacked by your poem I saw last night. Was kind of scared to comment, - before I saw this I had in mind to comment, because it's very deserving.

I'm laughing. Thank you for reading it! Yes, Paris is one of those fine egsamples, money can only buy so much ( certainly not class)!

Paris Hilton redux, this is not! lol. Yours is so much more authentic than her sallow, insipid TV 'comedy.' Last line a real charmer! :) gw

oh how cool a princess and a farmer. Love your creative take on this topic! I think it will be a hit with Line!

Thank you, Andrea! I doubt it will be received too favourably, as I tainted the spirit I think. Oh well, write for oneself, one must!
