Thunder Rolls

Thunder rolls like spring's atmosphere
Heart of winter wonders
Where's the cold zephry's icy wind
Spewed like frozen fingers

The good earth saturated, soaked
Water replenishes
Where summer's drought drained away strength
Now willow's limb whishes

A New Year's open calendar
What joy or sorrow fills?
Future undetermined now~
365 days revealed

I don't remember what was going on that year but it must have not been a normal weather year but in my 81 years, I have seen so much but then from past imagines from times past that I have seen on TV or in articles on the internet, times have been really bad in the past as well.
