Thunder

when i see your eyes
i hear thunder
your heartbeat shakes the earth

the trees bend in the stormy air
the clean scent of ions flow
as those eyes turn to me

frozen in place
enchanted by your scent
i dare not move
for this gaze besotted
for this gaze enchanted

in your stare i hear thunder
your hair moves in slow motion
in the will of the wind......
