Through the Never

They say it didn't exist,
or even come to be.
And yet, i still took the risk,
to open my eyes and see.
It all came as a shock,
nothing tangible, but i knew it was there.
It was a vessel at the dock
Ready to take me anywhere
I don't know how, but i was aboard
i don't know why, It just happened
There was no see or shore
Nor a crew or a captain
What was going on?
I didn't want to know
How could I explain this phenomenon
When there's no one for me to show
I proved that it did exist
Although I will be gone forever
I took a risk
and went through the never.
