Through It All
Though our time spent together
Has been few and far between
I’ve often found myself in question
Of what our friendship could mean
Through thick and thin, good and bad
We’ve been there through it all
There is no question of trust
We simply give one another a call
Funny stories we share with laughter
Heartbreaking moments we share in pain
Now we seem closer than ever
With no hesitation to refrain
I do not question your intentions
You have my best interest at heart
It’s amazing how feelings can remain strong
Though we’ve spent so much time apart.
