Through Fire
I fell to Fire –
A burning lust,
And breaking sacred bonds, I fell
My mouth defiled,
My mind – disgust,
And in my heart did darkness dwell
But then, so kind,
A saving touch,
Upon my wretched soul befell
And Seraphs cried,
And Devils – crushed,
As I crawled, ugly, out of hell.
