Throne of True Grace

He is the currency of the poor
He is the color of gratitude
He is the hope of the wrecked
He is the energy of the weakened
He is the solace of the depressed
He is the smile of the pained
He is the voice of the oppressed
He is the step of the lame
He is the alms of the beggar
He is the form of the pure hearted
He is the race beyond all race
He is the throne of true grace!

How true! God is all that and more! He is my comforter in times of sorrow. He is my soft place to land. He is my companion that walks through life with me. He created the Heavens and the earth. He is my All. Peace, Darlene

True! This was written out of own realization, Darlene. Thank you for the word of solace. You may watch for still inspiring poems in the times to dawn. @mpvmuthu5
