Three Wishes...
If I could have three wishes, I know just what they’d be;
It wouldn’t be things of material, cause lets face it, that’s just not me;
My first wish would be, for my family to get along;
No more of this he said she said, nobody is right and nobody is wrong;
My second wish would have to be, for all of us to keep hope;
I know we are all having trouble, but there’s no reason not to cope;
My third wish, for understanding, no one seems even to try;
And I can’t help but look around me and in my mind wonder why;
See I’m not a greedy person, I don’t want to spend it all on me;
So if there is a genie out there, somewhere, I hope that you hear my plea!
