Three Wishes

Three Wishes Wishes are longings Yearnings deep within Silent hopes and dreams Often scattered by a wind. My journey along this road Many stumbles on a path A scar left on a heart I would surely wish it back. A word unkindly spoken A thought so mean as death Pain as deep as mine I would wish back all my breath. Wisdom of this age Often taught by our mistakes I would give it to me then Before I had to wish it back.
