Three Halloween Rats

three Halloween rats full of vigor and fun
sat on their jacks, watching voles on the run
hungry owls and cats gave these three the eye
considering them prey, lunch, bye and bye

three Halloween rats were dangerously unaware
not realizing they would soon be snatched with tweet-growls
the owls had a bit of an advantage over the sneaky cats
Who crept up to grab them, but were not as quick as those owls
