Three Country Haikus

fog-dampened sunbeam, gleaming stairway to somewhere, up, down anywhere! while 'neath sun's halo, silence stirs echoes away, scarecrow scares the day! the wind, somehow seen, snaking over cornfields green, winged, serpentine!
