Thoughts of You

It’s not just today that you’re on my mind, it’s every day and all the
                                    time.
From when I awaken until I go to bed, you’re in my thoughts and in
                                   my head.
I wonder what you’ve done to me, these feelings are strong can’t you
                                   see?
I long to see you and hold you tight, just feeling your warmth would be
                                   all right.
A box of candy or a long-stemmed rose, I’d rather kiss you from your
                                   head to your toes.
Just wanting to wake up next to you, thinking of the naughty things
                                  we’d do.
Wanting to kiss those beautiful lips, and wrap my arms around those
                                  sexy hips.
I’m just letting you know how I feel, there’s no mistaking that I’m for
                                  real.
No matter what you do from day to day, I’ll be in your thoughts I hope
                                 and pray.
No distance can keep us apart, you’ll stay in my mind and you’ll stay in
                                my heart.
I’m sure you’ll say as you read this Poem: “he’s unpredictable but I’m
                                sure I know him.”
You’ll say: “He’s not always easy for me to understand, but I’m proud
to say that he’s my man!”
