ThOuGhTs AnD feElLiNgS
When it feels like your on the blink
Perhaps just dealt some raw deal
Feeling in need of a head shrink
Questioning what is and not real
To look you proberbly would not blink
But what you feeling not easy to reveil
Thoughts and feelings never in sink
How you long to be on an even keel
Trying to get the peaces to all interlink
I'm told mentally it takes time to heal
What l do belive is that how you think
Is quite often down to how you feel
