Thoughts a Flow

hoping for rain
to wash away

the pain that feeds
upon my soul

shattering this frail mind
longing for that sweet release

of love to erase
dreams of realities past

hand in hand
blue eyes look into mine

tears fall on his chest
arms holding me

tenderness abounds
as hearts meet
