Thoughts

Years melted away
like raindrops on soft white sand
Thoughts are crushed
I follow unknown tracks
in my returning dreams
Sadness has reached ma heart
and paralizes my mind
like wilting autum leaves
falling from a leaden sky

My dear Gert, May whatever you're going through that has made you sad, I pray would pass and you'll return to a happier state of mind. A very happy and glorious Easter to you..Rejoice and be glad..for the Lord is risen..the debt is paid in full!! Love to you, your friend, audrey

Gret image of the years melting "like raindrops" on the sand as you follow the tracks. Very moving poem. Happy Easter, Carolyn
