Thought of Her

Within this bed alone I lay
Caressed by her skin, I think of her touch
Like the morning sun, I miss it so much
I wish there was something I could say

Hi Matthan, It is never easy when you still love someone with every core of your being ,but at least the memories of those special moments that you shared together will always be in your mind.I relate to this in so many ways, Thank you for sharing, but always remember it is not what you say that really matters but it is what you feel that does matter. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a critique today it was truly appreciated , I will return again soon, Dean

Great poem. It feels like you're whispering it to yourself.
