Thought It Was True
i made your cheeks red,
you made me feel blue..
you said that you loved me
and i believed it was true....
it was coming from you always calling me boo..
thought it came from your heart,
thinking we would never be apart...
but i was wrong,
i listened to your song...
i made the right choice,
there is no more time to rejoice..
you had your chance,
but you just sat there and pranced.
i may not know were you are,
but you cant be far.
because even though you are hard to find
you pop in my mind once or twice..
but the thoughts of you are like cold hard ice.
i try to look back of my memories of you,
but i have a terrible view...
of what i thought was true..
the review reflection is shattered
just like my love for you was battered..
im never looking back,
im staying off that track.
let go of my hand,
and walk this land
