Those Magic Times

The memories of my life
Are not real
They are filled with beauty
And melting colors
Of how I choose
To recall the times
That have been swallowed
By the days of my youth

Those wonderful times
Once forgotten empty spaces
My mind has filled
With new stories
Of how I prefer
To remember life

As I look back
Over my life of stories
I have some wondrous tales
That I have told for so long
That even I
Now believe
They are true
