This Time, With Feeling
So, you destroy me once more...
I let you in and you tear me away, leave me bleeding on the floor,
my heart in your hand and a smile on your face,
without remorse, not even one trace,
I feel like I've been lied to,
feel like I've been used so,
I'll smile as it rains on my head,
I'll smile as the pain I dread
floods my body once again,
as you tear me away with that crane,
piece by piece, I come apart
while you sit there with my heart,
just smash it and leave me be,
leave me alone, just leave me,
don't try to come back to my place in nowhere,
place is sacred, this place is pure, this is where
I'll forget about you again,
as I cry tears of sorrow, in the pouring rain
