This Thunderstorm Said, Notice Me!

Lightning scurries across God’s sky, by choice
It illuminates the heavens and strikes a tree.
Thunder bellows with an intimidating voice
Orchestrations from God, as if to say, notice me.
But as first light approaches
Is heard a calming, distant rumbling sound,
And the lingering Heavens Honey pelting the roof,
And a previously rain drenched ground;
