This Thing I Do

Each Morning There's this Thing I Do,
 to Start Each Day Anew.
I Pray That They Will Come for Me...
It Is Just a Thing I Do.

 Oh, I Have Some Doubts,
 I've Been Here So Long,
but Maybe They Will Come for Me,
So I Will Try to Be Strong.

The Years Go by So Slowly...
At Times I Even Lose Track,
So I Pray They Will Come for Me
and I Will Get to Got Back.

 Back to What I Wonder,
it Has to Be Different Now,
 I Have a Wife a Family ,
but I'm Sure That's Changed Somehow.

I Wonder If I Am Forgotten,
I Was a Soldier Brave and True,
So I'll Offer up Another Prayer,
 It's Just a Thing I Do.....

You can post as many poems as you want, im just saying I had to remove my poem. Because your poems bumped off lots of incoming poems. Don't worry many don't get the picture till they see what's going in here. If you want to get read comment poets and give your poem a few hours so they can get viewed.
