This Poem Does Not Exist
You're not gonna see this.
You don't even notice.
I'm not gonna stand here whispering.
I'm never invited,
to ask where my mind is.
You know I'm not generalizing.
You ask me to find it,
express my own feelings.
Do you even know what you're asking?
As long as I fit you,
and following your rules,
I receive cookie-cutter blessings.
What's part of this system?
Supporting a vision,
not rehashing the words of a saint.
Discover your mission,
get all of your words in,
and that's what I do with everything.
I'm stating opinions,
creating divisions,
to prove that there's one more side to take.
You're asking the question,
your silly invention,
that I'm gonna flip right on it's face.
