This Planet We Share
When I look out across the rolling hills
I can only imagine how many of God's creatures
Are roaming around busy doing what they do to survive
This old world is an amazing and unbelievable place
It supports about 1.4 million species
Who call this wonderful place home
So so many we'll never encounter in our lifetime
And we should all be thankful of that
Some don't have a very good outlook on life
But they're only acting the only way they know how
Next time you go to the zoo
Appreciate all these friends we share the planet with
They'd thank you too if they could
