This Planet
The beauty of this planet is there for all to see,
From the highest of the mountains
to the deepness of the sea.
Rivers run so freely
Forests stand so tall.
A new wonder with each season
from the winter to the fall.
The vastness of a desert,
An ever changing sky
Truly an amazing sight
for each and every eye.
The greenest of a meadow
which lies before our feet.
multicoloured flowers
the scent of which is sweet.
The loud roar that comes from water
as it falls from a great height,
plunging to the rocks below
It’s clearness turning white.
How I love this planet
so much beauty it does give
In fact the only ugliness
Is where the humans live!
