This Is the Day'

Today is the day that I give thanks to God. He has blessed my wife and I, with His reassuring nod. We have had financial problems, sort of speak, because of our faith, are thought process is not weak. My wife has decided to take a lay off, The boss was terrible and to him in the long run it will have a tremendous cost. Finding out that doing someone wrong, he will regret, Because loyalty is hard to find in this day and age, and he'll simply not forget. My wife is a caring, loving, responsible employee, and was his friend. She tried to do her job for the homeless, and was tossed out in the end. Making her take less hours, and being a assistant to a underling. To a man who had did her job while she was recovering, and knows absolutely nothing. Her boss was wrong in his mind set, he really has lost, His vision, knowledge, making this a very bad mistake at a heavy cost. His reports, his employee, his friend, has made him very unsure, When he finds out his office manager is not a real cure. The loyalty shown to someone who worked for him for five years. Will come back to haunt him, that is what the wife fears. He'll find he not only lost a loyal friend, employee, But the friendship for the ages, a loyal heart, will ultimately make him see. That this was a tactical mistake, listening to new employees, He lost a true treasure, loyalty is hard to come by for you or me. So my wife, who feels bad for him, and has no anger, she actually will forgive, She knows he'll regret this, and prays for him, her heart will continue to trust Jesus and will happily live.

I'm sorry your wife didn't receive the promotion she deserved, Robert, but your spiritual values can carryyou through anything. It's the boss's loss. You are one of my favorites on the site too, Robert. Always see upbeat, spiritual writes from you that touch my heart. Love, Carolyn
