This Is I
It was pointed out to me today that I am self absorbed
My words did not come
For I was stung
Realizing they were right
It was pointed out to me today that I am self centered
I looked at the floor
For I was stung
Realizing that they could see through me
It was pointed out to me today that I am self contained
I pulled at my hands
For I was stung
Realizing that they were exposing me
It was pointed out to me today that I have no concern for anyone but myself
I choked on my words and clenched my fists
For I was stung
Realizing that they knew me too well
This is what I have become
