This Friend

This friend
Will not bend
Love I will send
Right until the end
It’s not a passing trend
If I broke it I would mend
What you needed I would lend
On this nothing would rely or depend
Just to let you know that I will always be your friend

you could put this as a monorhyme since each sentence ends with the same sounding rhyme. very good and lovely show of friendship.

Anyone would be lucky to have a friend like you, John. This is very moving. And I love the way the structure builds with longer lines but consistant rhyme. Very creative style employed here! Love, Carolyn
