This Chain

It's an epiphany at the dawn of being realized.

The warm glow starting to grow, resembling the first sparkling embers that begin summers first great bonfire circle. Surrounded by friends, loved ones old, and new on verge of starting.

Lasting a lifetime with moments that will be, in many years to come, the shining memories that light our eyes.

Greater than you or me this fantastic event rolls into our lives like the fog, the mist rolling over the waters from around the trees.

Coming closer, taking its time and bringing peace, calm, serenity with it.

Fog; slow, steady, withering yet unyielding, transparent at times, yet opaque.

Images in it brought by the subconscious creativity that’s unlocked by its surreal presence.

Solid shapes so real taking form in front of our eyes, only to gently fade apart and begin something new altogether.

Our amazement abounds and hope fills our hearts! Joy enveloping our very being!

All these becoming links that form a chain which will always remain strong and alive, there for us to lean on when we need to, pull us when we are weak, or be taken in our hands and used to help bring back that which has fallen from us.

May these links, this 'chain', born by Gods wonder and grace, seen only by eyes of faith, always remain a vision of hope for your soul and mine.

For God has blessed us in Jesus' name, and with that we are so much more than we know.
